Established in Fareham in 1991 we have served the local area for over 27 years assisting many hundreds of Landlords and Tenants in meeting their property needs.

LD PROPERTY MANAGEMENT has 2 offices covering Hampshire and Wiltshire since we first opened in 1986. Offices are currently in Fareham and Salisbury. Each office has a dedicated team to look after the properties that we let and manage. Renting through us in any of these areas couldn’t be easier. Our tenants are very important to us and can be assured of a friendly and professional service at all times.
To secure the property we will require the combined administration and credit referencing fee which will hold the property and stop us conducting any further viewings.
Tenancy Set Up Fee: £225.00 including VAT. Per property

No Renewal Fees charged
An “End of Tenancy Check Out Report” will be undertaken to assess any differences from the original Inventory issued at the start of your tenancy, this cost will apply at the end of the tenancy and will be deducted from the tenants deposit.
