The Salisbury office has been established since 1991, but in 2006 there were a few changes, one to the Management and another moving offices to Winchester Street. In 2007 we gained NALS accreditation.
 
We specialise in Residential lettings and pride ourselves on giving a high level of service. 
 
For Landlords we offer a full management service, everything is done in house by our friendly staff, therefore, you will always speak to the same people who will get to know you personally and establish a relationship and take into account your wishes. We will thoroughly vet all potential tenants, we take care to match the tenant with your property, take a full and detailed inventory including photographs, drawer up the tenancy agreement, carry out quarterly checks and report back to you. Either monthly or quarterly accounts will be sent using our computerised system, the choice is yours!
We also offer a Tenant find service, which gives you all of the above with the exception of Visits, inventory and Check out.
 
For Tenants we offer a wide number of flats and houses to choose from and arrange accompanied viewings, we take care to match your requirements to the right property and try to avoid showing you the wrong properties. Once the right property is found we will prepare all your paperwork, references, update inventory, prepare tenancy agreement and account to the utility companies making your move as stress free as possible,
